Based on your overall credit quality, age of home, collateral type, amount to finance and other key factors you will be offered some of the most competitive terms in the business.

Generally, the following documents and information will be required as part of the manufactured home purchasing process:

• Social Security Card & Drivers License - copies for each applicant
• Verification of Income (VOI) - W-2's or signed tax returns for the past 2 years, recent year-to-date check stubs covering the past 30 days, copies of social security awards/disability letters &/or bank statements
• Verification of Employment (VOE) Letter
• Verification of Down Payment (VOD) - Down payment can be verified with two (2) months most recent bank statements (checking or savings), trade-in information (documents required vary) or gift funds. Please inquire directly with CU factory Built Lending concerning gifted funds.

All borrowers will need to read and sign where required. Any additional documents or information may be requested at this point.

Once all the “i’s” have been dotted and “t’s” have been crossed CU Factory Built Lending will disperse funds to appropriate parties and close your loan.
